Established in February 2014, ACME​ ​Agents​​ ​​is​ ​the largest ​Canadian​ ​based​ ​virtual​ ​call​ ​centre​ ​operating through Arise® Virtual Solutions with​ ​over 200​ contracted ​agents​. We qualify and place agents into positions where they will be taking inbound customer service calls from home for Arise clients.

Living in Toronto, Ontario, Darlene started working from home in 2009 as a customer service representative for Arise before being promoted to Chat Support then Quality Assurance. In 2014, with over 25 years in operations management, customer service and bookkeeping experience, Darlene decided to launch ACME Agents Inc. Darlene is known for her professionalism and dedication to all agents, always going above and beyond to assure their success.

Living in Toronto, Ontario, Darlene started working from home in 2009 as a customer service representative for Arise before being promoted to Chat Support then Quality Assurance. In 2014, with over 25 years in operations management, customer service and bookkeeping experience, Darlene decided to launch ACME Agents Inc. Darlene is known for her professionalism and dedication to all agents, always going above and beyond to assure their success.
Living in Barrie, Ontario, Tracy has been with ACME Agents since 2016. Tracy has over 35 years of bookkeeping and customer service experience. Beginning as a CSP, she excelled to Chat Support, Quality Assurance and Instructor for both TurboTax and QuickBooks. Tracy now works exclusively for ACME as the Vice President of Operations

Jacqueline began as a CSP and was promoted to Quality Assurance Performance Facilitator(QAPF) in 2018. Jacqueline also assists ACME Agents as a Support Specialist for new and existing agents.
